1. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging, with all seals intact (especially for toner cartridges, ink, and paper supplies).
- Your order number or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Direct Bank Transfer).
- You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your bank's policies.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
- If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@foresightaxis.co.za.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
